Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. They cover important information about the Goods and/or Services provided to you and any charges we bill you for products purchased through this website.

1. By purchasing a Formula Money report (the “Report”), you are entering into a binding contract with Money Sport Media Limited.
2. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy (the Agreements). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements, accept these Agreements, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, then you should not purchase the Report.
3. You must (1) be 18 or older, or be 13 or older and have your parent or guardian’s consent to the Agreements (except as set forth in the chart below), and (2) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws. You confirm that any registration information that you submit to Money Sport Media is true, accurate, and complete.
4. Occasionally we may, in our discretion, make changes to the Agreements. When we make material changes to the Agreements, we will provide you with notice as appropriate under the circumstances. If you do not wish to continue using the Service under a new version of the Agreements, you may terminate the Agreements by emailing info@formulamoney.com
5. The Report is the property of Money Sport Media. All Money Sport Media trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and other intellectual property are the sole property of Money Sport Media. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Agreements, Money Sport Media grants no right, title, or interest to you in the Report.
6. You agree that you will not redistribute or transfer the Report or parts of the Report. The Report is licensed, not sold, to you, and Money Sport Media retains ownership of all content.
7. You must not copy, redistribute, reproduce, or make available to the public any part of the Report, unless expressly permitted under the Agreements or applicable law.
8. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or lease any part of the Report.
9. You may not cancel your order after the Report has been emailed to you. If you wish to receive a full refund of all monies paid before the Report is emailed to you, you must contact info@formulamoney.com as soon as possible.
10. Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
11. Any failure by Money Sport Media to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive Money Sport Media’s or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.
12. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Money Sport Media harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of: your breach of this Agreement; any activity in which you engage on or through the Service; and your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. You understand that certain information in the Report is based on estimates and, although every attempt is made to be as close to reality as possible, the data included within the Report may not be equal to actual figures on the same topic.
14. You agree to abide by our Agreement and not to use the Report or any part thereof in any manner not expressly permitted by the Agreements.
15. Money Sport Media shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of income, profit, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way be business interruption), that may result to the client or a third party in connection with the use or the result of the Report.
16. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
